BPEC enters into partnership with NOCN

BPEC has joined forces with NOCN, the leading national Awarding and Assessment Organisation. This partnership will see NOCN offering BPEC qualifications to its network of authorised training centres alongside its own extensive range of regulated qualifications.

NOCN is the second largest Awarding Organisation in the Construction Sector with its construction brand Cskills Awards. It offers a range of traditional, heritage and modern skills from Entry Level through to Level 7 in all major construction skills. The addition of BPEC plumbing and heating qualifications now means NOCN offers the widest range of qualifications and resources, for the construction and built environment sector.

Paul Johnson, BPEC Chief Executive: “BPEC and NOCN share a common vision which places the customer at the heart of everything we do by focusing on quality learning products, professionalism, honesty and integrity. We are both not-for-profit organisations, run for the benefit of our customers, where any surplus is reinvested. This is important because it means we do not chase shareholder value to the detriment of quality. This is an open and honest partnership that we hope gives our customers in plumbing and heating new opportunities to strengthen their businesses through better skilled workers.”

Graham Hasting-Evans, NOCN Group Managing Director: “I am delighted that BPEC and NOCN will be working together for the greater benefit of construction. Now our customers will be able to access a greater range of skills with the addition of BPEC plumbing and heating qualifications, which is a good outcome for any organisation working in the wider construction sector. If any of our Centres want to know more, they should speak to their local NOCN account manager who will assist them with their enquiry.”
