BPEC Certification Ltd. is committed to providing a high quality assessment and certification service in accordance with the requirements of:

  • Ofqual General Conditions of Recognition (May 2011)
  • International Standard BS EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012 (Conformity assessment – General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons)

Compliance with the above requirements is regularly monitored by the appropriate regulatory bodies i.e. OFQUAL and UKAS

BPEC Certification Ltd. has the overall objective of being the leading provider of assessment and certification services for the building engineering services sector, setting high standards in terms of quality, service standards and customer satisfaction, and shall be able to demonstrate independence, integrity, impartiality and competence throughout the assessment and certification processes. In order to achieve this objective and to operate within the regulatory requirements, the company has established and operates a documented quality management system.

The Business Area Manager shall be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system and shall review and amend as necessary, to ensure the needs of the company and its customers are met. Internal audits shall be scheduled to verify that procedures are being followed and that the related results comply with the standards and objectives set. Annual management review meetings shall monitor all systems, policy and objectives to ensure there continuing suitability and effectiveness.

This policy and the quality management system are authorised and supported by the Governing Board.
