Apprenticeships and Professional Recognition

The CIPHE is undertaking some research into professional recognition and Apprenticeships and we would value your input for the following survey.

The Research Stakeholder Group is exploring how the present apprenticeship system for the plumbing and heating sector is currently working. It also wishes to identify support amongst micro SMEs for professional recognition, such as Engineering Council registration.

Engineering Technicians solve practical engineering problems and are professionals with supervisory or technical responsibility.

If you know of anyone with an interest in plumbing and heating apprenticeships which could lead to registration with the Engineering Council please encourage them to complete the survey below before 7th July.

The plumbing and heating sector, comprising leading trade associations, training organisations, employers and the CIPHE are working together to ensure that tomorrow’s apprenticeships are ‘Fit for Purpose’.
