BPEC to support SACU Team Scotland at the 2015 ISDE in Slovakia
BPEC are delighted to support The Scottish Auto Cycle Union (SACU) – Team Scotland in this year’s International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) taking place in Slovakia during September 2015.
Financial assistance has been provided to SACU through the BPEC Sport Award to support a team of 3 riders competing in this year’s International Six Day Enduro taking place in Kosice, Slovakia. The ISDE competition will see teams compete from all over the world and is often referred to as the Olympics of motorcycling sport. Riders compete for individual Gold, Silver or Bronze medals as well several team competitions. Team Scotland are once again entered in the National Club Team competition. In 2013 they achieved a top 5 result with all 3 riders picking up a gold medal.
Speaking on behalf of The SACU, Graham Baron who first heard of the BPEC Sport Award through his work within the heating industry said “Our team are delighted and overwhelmed at the generous offer of support offered by BPEC. The financial support we receive from BPEC will greatly ease the burden on our team and allow them to concentrate fully on preparing for this prestigious event.”
The financial support that BPEC have agreed will go toward the riders entry fees and team insurance costs. For more information about the BPEC Charity and to find out if they could help you, please visit the BPEC website.
