Operations Manager
Do you have a passion for quality assurance and compliance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. BPEC are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager, the role is either based in our attractive and modern offices or home/field based with occasional attendance at BPEC’s Head Office in Derby (DE24).
If appointed, you will lead a high performing team mitigating risk, deliver exceptional customer service while upholding high performance and ensuring valid and reliable outcomes. Managing individual and team performance you will play a crucial role in monitoring and supporting compliance with regulatory standards, so you will need to be prepared to travel across the UK.
As well as the experience of leading quality assurance activities and being a qualified IQA as a minimum, you’ll need to be technically qualified to at least level 3 and be able to demonstrate extensive experience in one of the following industries:
- Plumbing
- Heating
- Gas Engineering
- Renewable Technologies
- Electrotechnical
Details
- Job Type: Full time, permanent
- Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
- Work Location: Either office based or Home/field based (UK) with occasional attendance at BPEC Head Office, 1-2 Mallard Way, Pride Park, Derby DE24 8GX.

Package
Salary: £36,000 – £44,000 per annum (From April 2025)
Car Allowance
Annual Leave: 24 Days plus statutory days, which increase after further years service. Additional paid holiday day for birthday
Pension: Subject to passing the 3-month probationary period, the post holder will be entitled to join the company pension scheme (includes employer contributions of 13%)
Life Insurance: 3 x salary
Business use: Company Credit Card, Laptop, Smartphone
