The team needed a day to recover!

Day off. The team needed a day to recover from their aches so we took the opportunity to go on a boat ride through inland waterways to a village called Tasba Pauni – the village is sandwiched between Pearl Lagoon and the Caribbean. We took part in Sunday school and Church followed by a fish, rice and bread fruit lunch.

A few members of the team had a swim in the sea whilst the others took a stroll down a short stretch of the palm lined beach. It stretches 18 miles to the north and 14 miles to the south before you reach another village. It was here that the Dental team was left to continue their work and after a smooth hour and a half boat ride back the majority of the team had an early night to prepare for a new week!
