BPEC is a specialised provider of industry recognised qualifications, assessments, and learning materials within the plumbing, heating, gas and wider energy sector. We work closely with a UK wide network of approved colleges, private training centres and employers who deliver courses using BPEC learning materials.
As well as ordering our training manuals, textbooks and portfolios via this shop, you can also place an order by sending through a Purchase Order to services@bpec.org.uk. You can also request a quotation by sending through an email to services@bpec.org.uk.
Please note that unless specified, our publications are VAT exempt, they include standard UK postage and, where applicable, also include the candidate certification fee.
Standard UK delivery is 1 – 5 working days. Orders of 20+ manuals may take longer due to stock levels, so please order in plenty of time for your course. If your order is likely to take longer than 1 – 5 working days services@bpec.org.uk will notify you via email.
If you require guaranteed next day delivery or Saturday delivery, there are different delivery options which you can select when ordering. Please note any orders placed after 11am would normally be processed on the next working day.
For delivery to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Republic of Ireland additional postage costs will be added to the standard price of the publication. These additional costs are identified and added automatically to the purchase price.
You will receive an automated confirmation once your order has been processed. A further automated confirmation will be issued once we have received confirmation from our printers (Birch Print) your order has been dispatched from their premises via courier. Your final invoice will be issued within 10 working days from dispatch confirmation.
