As part of an ongoing initiative to strengthen BPEC customer partnerships, Chief Executive Officer, Neil Collishaw, travelled to Highbury College and met with Plumbing Tutor, Jay Darcy.

“Now that we have come out of lockdown, hopefully for the final time, I wanted to speak to principal centres such as Highbury and understand what they need from BPEC going forwards, to ensure we deliver the best possible customer service based on open communication, immediate response and great products,” said Neil.

Highbury College, one of the top providers of plumbing training in the country, has a mutually beneficial working relationship with BPEC that has grown over several years.

Jay expressed how satisfied the college is with the BPEC plumbing qualifications and courses and was very complimentary about BPEC staff, saying how “friendly and approachable BPEC is” and how he appreciated the personal touch we provide.

As an industry leader specialising in qualifications, assessments, training courses and learning materials, BPEC works closely with a UK-wide network of colleges and private training centres. As COVID has driven other providers to reduce service levels, BPEC recently revealed that it has been processing certificates in half the time of its 20-working days minimum standard service terms in the vast majority of cases.
