BPEC are seeking to hire a Business Development and Marketing Manager

The BPEC group of companies specialises in providing operatives working in the building services engineering industry with the skills and expertise necessary to meet the industry’s strict quality standards.  BPEC work closely with a nationwide network of employers, colleges and private training providers to enable them to offer a range of quality training materials, assessments and qualifications.

BPEC are now seeking to appoint an ambitious Business Development and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for promoting and marketing the BPEC Charity and Awarding Organisation as well as the full range of BPEC products, including training materials, certification and assessment services.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record of sales and marketing experience, preferably within the further education and training sector.  They will need to be able to show experience of developing and implementing marketing plans and projects as well as the ability to identify new products and services and successfully introduce them to the marketplace.
Marketing qualifications and knowledge or experience of the plumbing and heating or wider building services sector would be an advantage.

The person appointed to the position will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written as well as the ability to foster strong working relationships with BPEC approved centres, staff and other industry partner organisations.  Management experience is desirable as the position has supervisory responsibilities.

The role will be based at BPEC’s office in Derby however extensive, frequent travel in the UK will be a necessity.
